The New American Approach process can be divided into eight steps. These steps follow the chronological path of project delivery for a social infrastructure project built on behalf of a public agency and cover the selection of the Not-for-Profit that will issue the tax-exempt debt all the way through to the transfer of ownership to the public agency after the debt has been retired.
